Bundestagsabgeordneter Yannick Bury hat in Berlin den plötzlichen und überraschenden Stopp sämtlicher KfW Förderprogramme für energieeffizientes Bauen durch Wirtschaftsminister Robert Harbeck scharf kritisiert. “Das vorzeitige und völlig überraschende Aus ist für kleine und große Bauherren in unserer Region eine Katastrophe, für viele ist der Traum vom Eigenheim dadurch geplatzt, für Unternehmen brechen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten zusammen”, so der Abgeordnete. Auch bereits beantragte Bauvorhaben, bei denen die Bewilligung noch aussteht, sollen offenbar nicht mehr gefördert werden. Das Ministerium hat zudem die Antragsfrist ohne Vorankündigung um eine Woche verkürzt. Zu den persönlichen Schäden der einzelnen Bauherren käme der Vertrauensverlust in die Förderung innovativer und klimafreundlicher Bauvorhaben hinzu.
“Hinter den Anträgen stehen oft monate- oder sogar jahrelange Planungen von Bauherren, Projektentwicklern und Bauträgern – auf was sollen die sich in Zukunft jetzt noch verlassen können?” so Bury. Mit dem jetzigen Vorgehen habe Habeck auch in dieser Hinsicht einen enormen Schaden angerichtet
