Der Bundestagsabgeordnete Yannick Bury (CDU), der auch Mitglied im Haushaltsausschuss des Bundestages ist, weist auf ein neu geplantes Programm namens “ReStart – Sport bewegt Deutschland” hin, das Sportvereine nach der Corona-Pandemie unterstützen soll. Mit dem Programm soll Vereinen bei der (Rück-)Gewinnung von Mitgliedern und bei der Weiterentwicklung der Vereinsarbeit finanziell geholfen werden.
Dafür werden zunächst 25 Millionen Euro aus Bundesmitteln bereitgestellt. Ein konkreter Förderaufruf soll in den kommenden Wochen durch das Bundesinnenministerium erfolgen.
“Sportvereine schaffen gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt, fördern die Gesundheit und erbringen eine hohe Leistung in der Jugendarbeit – gerade bei uns in Südbaden. Umso wichtiger ist es, die pandemiebedingten Auswirkungen auf Vereine schnellstmöglich zu mildern, damit bald viele Menschen wieder für den Sport und das Ehrenamt in den Vereinen gewonnen werden können. Ich werbe ausdrücklich dafür, dass unsere Vereine sich informieren und diese Förderung nutzen”, erklärt Bury.
